OPTIMEL 2002 - High Volume

Macromelt Moulding processing equipment for mass production
he OptiMel 2002 shuttle table machine has been developed for the manufacturing medium to high volume production.

The OptiMel 2002 has an integral automatic process control.

The OptiMel 2002 is a one operator workstation with up to 60% higher output than OM2000. It is also possible to integrate the OptiMel 2002 into fully automatic production lines.
The OptiMel 2002 machine combines a high level in process consistency and control in an operator-friendly workstation.

The production cycle time has been significantly decreased with the addition of the sliding table. Many optional extras can be added to further increase efficiency.

Tool technology

Tarapath supplies specially custom-built moulds specifically designed for processing Macromelt materials to the Macromelt® Moulding processing equipment. The tool outer dimensions are similar for the complete OptiMel range of machines making them interchangeable between machines.
The Optimel 2002 package contains:

Sliding table single station accepts two mould lower parts and one upper mould with pneumatic tool clamping system
Touch Panel
Automatic process control
- Moulding pressure profile control
- Tool ejectors control
